The University of León, next to EPI Advance Medicine ® and the Fundación General of the University of León (FGULEM) organised this course on the EPI ® technique applied to veterinary medicine.
Technique of percutaneous intratissue electrolysis (EPI ®) ecodirigida, consists of the application, using ultrasound control, of continuous current, through an acupuncture needle, causing an electrochemical reaction in the degenerate region of tendon, obtaining an electrochemical not thermal ablation, by cathode flow, the region or degenerated clinical focus of the tendon.
